Job Information:

• Grand Traverse Pavilions is seeking a motivated, full time Flex shift Launderer to join our team.

• The starting wage for this position is $19.52/hour.

• $5.00/hour for working Saturday and Sunday shifts.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

• All employees must demonstrate that they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

Tasks:

• Sort soiled laundry.

• Wash, dry and fold clean laundry.

• Deliver clean personal laundry to resident rooms and put away in closets and/or drawers.

• May deliver clean facility laundry to designated areas.

• Performs light cleaning of general work area (sweeping the floor, cleaning dryer lint vents, wiping down laundry equipment, etc.).

• May occasionally mend or otherwise maintain residents’ personal clothing.

• Works in a safe manner.

• Adheres to facility policies, procedures and work rules.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
