Job Information:
Tasks:
Provides resident and/or client treatments, which meet resident and/or client needs, and uses current treatment knowledge which build and maintain the Grand Traverse Pavilions Therapy Services Department.
Provides treatment programs to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities within each resident’s and/or client’s structural or functional limitations: evaluates and treats residents and/or clients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members, documents services in the medical records.
Writes accurate, complete and clear documentation in accordance with Grand Traverse Pavilions, regulatory, licensing, payor and accrediting requirements.
Consistently demonstrates Grand Traverse Pavilions inter-disciplinary approach to resident and/or client care.
Contributes to professional development of self and others.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
