Job Information:
Tasks:
· Answering phone calls and call routing
· Providing excellent customer service by greeting visitors entering through the Main Lobby, answering questions, and providing directions to areas of the building as needed
· Screening all visitors for COVID-19 symptoms
· Receive and sort mail and packages
· Work on special projects as assigned, which could include:
o Making copies
o Compiling packets / folders
o Data entry
o Filing
Desired Qualifications:
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strict adherence to confidentiality
· Ability to multi-task
· Computer literacy, with competency in Microsoft Office suite
