Morning Jump Start:
Aerobic conditioning, core strengthening, muscle toning, and flexibility exercises will create a full body, multilevel workout to kick off your day! A variety of resistance equipment will be utilized to impact the intensity of the workout. Active adults of all ages with minimal or no restrictions will find this class a perfect way to begin the day.
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 am - 9:00 am: $100/5 weeks
ABC's of Life:
This class is designed for individuals who have noticed basic balance deficits in their daily life. The class will focus on identifying and restoring standing balance postures while enhancing overall coordination through the properties of water. The water will serve as both a protectant for falls as well as a challenge for resistance and flow.
Tuesdays, 12 pm - 1 pm: $60/6 weeks
Offers a water exercise and relaxation program. The class uses a combination of deep breathing and slow, broad movements of the arms, legs, and torso in flowing continual patterns, enhancing overall body awareness and strength - No script needed. Prerequisite: One time 1:1 session, $35 fee.
Wednesdays, 12 pm - 1 pm: $60/6 weeks
Aquatics for Parkinson's:
This class is intended for those individuals with a formal diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease or Parkinsonism. This class will focus on balance, breathing, and smooth full body movements in a warm, safe environment. Participants must be independent maneuvering in and out of the pool, however, caregivers are welcome to assist in the locker room. While a script is not required, we recommend you consult your physician prior to attending.
